// ICCS Award for Best Doctoral Thesis in Canadian Studies This is awarded annually by the International Council for Canadian Studies for an outstanding PhD thesis on a Canadian topic, written by a member (or one of his/her students) of a Canadian Studies association. Only one of these awards is made each year.

// ICCS Graduate Student Scholarship Applicants for these scholarships may be enrolled in Master's or doctoral programmes. The CEACS is allowed to nominate up to three candidates each year. In general only one candidate per association is selected by the adjudication committee in Ottawa. // Bourse d'excellence Gaston-Miron This highly prestigious grant is awarded annually by the International Association for Quebec Studies to one young researcher in Quebec studies from outside Canada, and enables the winner to spend a semester in Quebec doing research .

// CEACS travel grant for European graduate student seminar The CEACS traditionally covers the travel costs of student members chosen to present papers at the European Seminar in Canadian Studies for Graduate Students, which takes place every year in the fall at a different venue in Europe.
